Farm to Table, North Union Farmer’s Market 2015

 

Farm to Table is a benefit for Cleveland Botanical Garden and North Union Farmers Market. Local chefs whip up some creative and delicious dishes using locally grown ingredients. There is also a panel discussion every year. This year the speaker was Dr. Mark Hyman who talked about wellness. What a wonderful event. I highly suggest checking it out next year if you missed out this year. Ok ok I know I shoudn’t pick favorites since ALL are so so good, but I like to make a game of picking my favorite. Last year my favorite dish was a lamb slider by Spice Kitchen and Bar. They came in a close second for me this year as well, but my favorite this year had to be Coquette Patisserie‘s gorgeous little strawberry bomb dessert. It was delicious but also looked like a little edible sculpture. Here are some highlights from the event:
